R Family Farms Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing R Family Farms. We are committed to getting your order from our farm to your doorstep in peak condition. Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.


Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to maintain product quality and avoid weekend transit delays. Orders placed after Wednesday at 7:00 AM CST may ship the following week.


Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs, depending on the season and destination.

  • We use UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers for ground and express services based on your location and transit time.

  • Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days of shipping.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and speed.

  • From time to time, we offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions on specific products or order sizes. If applicable, these will be automatically applied at checkout.


Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.


Shipping Notifications

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please monitor tracking closely to retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.


Frozen Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that your meat leaves our facility frozen and securely packed. While minor thawing may occur in transit, your product is safe to refreeze or use immediately if it is refrigerator-cold (40°F or below) upon arrival.


Issues With Delivery

If your box arrives:

  • Warm to the touch

  • Damaged

  • With missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@territorytrading.com with your order number and photos of the box, packaging, and contents.

Note: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or packages left unretrieved in extreme weather conditions.


Delays

We work hard to deliver on time, but once your package is with the carrier, delays caused by weather, holidays, or logistical issues are beyond our control. If a delay causes product spoilage, we’ll handle each situation case-by-case.
